Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for JobSyte LLC Last Updated: 7/30/2025
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by JobSyte LLC, including but not limited to website creation, booking system integration, ongoing support, and related solutions for local service businesses. By engaging with JobSyte LLC, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.
Services Provided JobSyte LLC delivers personalized website design and system setup tailored to each client’s brand. Our services may include mobile-friendly website creation, booking system integration, SEO support, and ongoing site maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal prior to beginning any project. Services outside the scope of the initial agreement- such as advanced integrations, paid advertising, or third-party platform managements - require a separate proposal and fee. "Unlimited Edits" plan allows for ongoing refinements but must be used reasonably and within the scope of the original project. We reserve the right to limit or deny edit requests that are excessive, abusive, or constitute a full redesign.
Project Timeline Turnaround times are estimated based on project scope and client responsiveness. Timely delivery depends on the client providing all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals. Delays in communication or required assets may result in adjusted delivery dates.
Payments & Billing Fees must be paid as agreed upon in the client’s proposal or invoice. Payment may be required upfront or split into project milestones. Once design work has commenced, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to remit payment may lead to service interruption or cancellation.
Monthly Subscription All of our websites require an active monthly subscription to remain live and supported. This service may include hosting and domain assistance, content updates, performance optimization, and security monitoring. Priority support is available for active clients. JobSyte may adjust support offerings over time to ensure optimal service quality. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of the website from public access. Subscription details, billing frequency, and included services will be outlined in the client’s initial service agreement. Clients will be notified of any changes to subscription pricing or offerings in advance.
Client Responsibilities Clients agree to participate actively in the project by supplying necessary information, granting relevant access, and reviewing content in a timely manner. Approvals and feedback are expected within a reasonable window to maintain progress and ensure quality outcomes.
Privacy & Data Protection JobSyte LLC respects your privacy. All information shared with us during the course of our work is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery. We do not sell or misuse client data. Ownership of customer data and business information remains with the client at all times. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to JobSyte (including images, text, and branding assets) is legally owned or properly licensed. JobSyte is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied materials.”
Intellectual Property Until full payment is received, all designs, content, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of JobSyte LLC. Upon full compensation, the finalized website, branding assets, and related deliverables become the property of the client. Unless otherwise requested, JobSyte LLC reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
Termination of Services JobSyte LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client fails to meet payment obligations, engages in abusive behavior, or requests services that violate ethical or legal standards.
Acceptable Use Clients agree not to use JobSyte-created websites or systems for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes but is not limited to distributing malware, engaging in spam campaigns, or violating third-party intellectual property rights. JobSyte reserves the right to suspend services if misuse is detected.
Limitation of Liability JobSyte LLC is not responsible for business losses due to third-party failures, client errors, or misuse of the website. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to external factors beyond our control. We recommend clients follow best practices and contact support promptly with concerns.
